Product features:
· Designed with sheet metals features of easy transmutation and color changing, the machine gets the best cutting effect within the cutting thickness of 1mm, which is best choice of processing the delicate metal characters, metal plate industry, electron chassis factory and the iron skill and so on.
· The accurate alignment of electrode and nozzle ensures the cutting precision and quality, extends the useful time, reduce the operation cost, and realize the prefect cutting effect.
· Cutting gun and nozzle are designed with plasma gas passage which optimizes cutting performance of the rating current, controls air precisely and extends the lifetime of wearing parts.
· Lengthen water spray cooling protection cover of nozzle, which could cool the nozzle immediately. This extends the useful time of nozzle, cool the metal sheet at the same time to avoid the borders transmutation and color changing during cutting.
· Pneumatic torch could go up and down rapidly. The soft contact automatic regulating system of cutting head could adjust the soft distance contact between material and nozzle according to the height of metal plate which avoid the bad result arousing by the uneven material.
· High-speed, high-precision, high-steel, servo motor ensure high positioning precision and improve the cutting quality.
· Machine can be controlled without computer and USB connecter can transmit the data to the plasma cutting machine.
· Operation software is designed with pilot arc ensuring the integrity of cutting contour.
· Starting time of arc and the moving time of nozzle can cooperate perfectly to ensure the perfect precision and effect
· Power of digital control board adopts the low voltage ensuring the safety of the worker.
· Crossbeam adopts low center of gravity structure which ensures the stability and balance of high-speed working.
· X axis and Y axis adopt high-steel linear guide rail which can endure press from all directions.
