Specialized for processing combination solid wood doors,its production benefit is:for inside processing
7-piece combination solid wood doors,it takes about 10 min with milling,sawing and drilling.After
processing,doors would be combined together.6 sets could be finished in 1 hour.If working time is 16
hours per day,96 sets could be finished.This production capacity does not include reloading times.

 

It can replace following traditional woodworking machines:4 side planner machine,double milling,vertical
axis shaper,wood shaving,drilling,circular saws and such complex processing.For example,workpieces
must go through many machines,and have positioning difference of size resolution.It wastes too much
management cost by moving workpieces without stop.It causes difficult management of human and high
production cost operating by 6 persons at least.Because of so many machines,the factory needs large
space,investment is large for central dust collection,and machines operation has serious safety problems.

 

Advantages:production benefits rise largely,interchangeablity of quality&precision goes high,investment
decreases for human cost,safety problems happen much less,equipment could process for a long time
to fit delivery time,factory needs less space and take good use,each production costs drop heavily.

 

Procedures of combination solid wood doors:fix sizes by straight bit or saw first,drill mortising holes,then
change for male tools to process upside&downside of doors,horsehead&waistband,change for female
tools to process left&right sides of horsehead&waistband,and finally change tools to process doorpanel
and panel figure engraving.

 

It aims at professinal processing of combination solid wood doors components.The following processing
after combined with oil press,such as,length&width fixing of solid wood door,processing lock hole,handle
hole&hinge,engraving doorpanel and processing decoration lines etc,would be finished by model CA-481.

 

Equipped with single station,it must stop for reloading,and it increases reloading time.Processing zone
will set 5 home coordinates for convenience of positioning and processing of panels in different size.

 

Softwares equipped include program editing and multiple home point processing modular softwares,
realizing automatic tools integration and sizes zoom-in/out automatic programming of solid wood doors.

 

Except for combination solid wood doors,it could also process solid wood windows,arch doors etc.With
C axis tools turning spindle and saw cutting composite spindle for processing arch windows.Processing
procedure could go first with sizing by saw cutting and straight bit milling,then mortise holes with C axis
positioning,finally process double-end mortising,and start back molding after finishing front molding.
